24+ Hours Notice: Full refund or free rescheduling. No penalties apply when you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice.

Less than 24 Hours Notice: Lesson fee may be forfeited. Late cancellations significantly impact our schedule and prevent other students from booking.

No-Show: Full lesson fee is charged. If you do not show up for your scheduled lesson without any notice, the full lesson fee applies.

To cancel or reschedule your lesson, please contact us as soon as possible using one of these methods:

In the event of severe weather conditions that make driving unsafe, we may need to cancel or reschedule your lesson. In these cases:

• We will contact you as soon as possible
• Your lesson will be rescheduled at no additional cost
• No cancellation fees apply for weather-related cancellations

For road test preparation sessions where we provide the vehicle for your test:

• 48 hours notice required for cancellation without penalty
• Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the prep session fee
• If you need to reschedule your actual road test, please contact us immediately
